This is a 4 bed/2.5 bath home. The primary bedroom has a king bed, two of the bedrooms have queen beds, and the other bedroom has two twin beds. There is a door that leads to the back patio in the primary bedroom for easy access to your favorite morning coffee spot! Guests can park in the driveway or in the garage. There is not a garage door opener available, so guests will have to open and close it using the opener in the garage next to the door.

1. Check-in / Check-Out Check in: 3:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AM *Please let us know if you need flexibility for the check-in and check-out times. We will do our best to accommodate. 2. No Parties or Events We want to provide a comfortable and peaceful environment for our guests and neighbors, so we do not allow large parties or events. If you want to have additional people over to the house, you will need prior approval from the hosts. 3. No Smoking Smoking of any kind is not allowed indoors or outdoors on the property. Extra cleaning fees will apply if smoking rules are violated. 4. Fireplace The fireplace is so cute and cozy, but please DO NOT use the fireplace for an actual fire. This is for the safety of the guests and the home. 5. Respect Quiet Hours Out of respect for our neighbors, please adhere to the quiet hours between 11:00 PM-7:00 AM. 7. Respect the Property Please be respectful of the house and the amenities. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges. 8. Parking You may park in the driveway and on the street in front of the house. You can also park in the garage, but you will need to open it with the button from inside the garage. We do not have an additional garage door opener. 9. In Case of Emergency If any issues arise during your stay, please reach out to us immediately. We will do our best to remediate any issues during your stay. If it is a life-threatening emergency, call 911 and then contact the hosts.
